Arbitration under English Law with the seat of
arbitration in Switzerland under UNCITRAL Rules
representing the Respondent for the construction of water wells for a
petrochemical facility in Nigeria. Preparation of
Defence and Counterclaim, documentary exhibits and witness statements
and taking full conduct of the arbitration leading to a successful
settlement.

Arbitration under the Law of Belarus and ICC Rules with
the seat of arbitration in France representing the
Respondent. Preparation of the Defence and Counterclaim, documentary
exhibits and Witness Statements and taking full conduct of the
arbitration leading to a successful settlement.

Arbitration under Danish Law with the seat of
arbitration in Denmark for the design and manufacturing
of Tunnel Boring Machines, representing the Claimant.
Claim value was $35 million and Counterclaim $80 million. Responsible
for preparation of the submissions for variations and delays, including
management of documentary and witness evidence, and assisted the foreign
advocate in the preparation of the Statement of Case, leading to a
successful settlement.

Arbitration under English Law with the seat of
arbitration in England under ICC Rules representing the
Claimant for the design of a multispan bridge in Bangladesh.
Value of Claim US$62 million and Counterclaim US$4 million. Responsible
for preparation of the statement of Case, Exhibits and instructing
Experts and Queen's Counsel with full conduct of the arbitration leading
to successful settlement.
