The COMPANY

The Company has been established primarily to provide easy access to information on commercial issues in the construction industry.  

Daniel Atkinson is  a construction specialist being both an Engineer and a Barrister (non practising) specialising in the resolution of international engineering disputes and arbitrations. He is able to offer a wide range of Services in the resolution of disputes, including negotiated settlements, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.  Copies of  Client Recommendations can be provided on request.  His Arbitration Record shows experience internationally in many different legal systems and under different Rules.  He has an extensive Adjudication Record in UK and particularly under the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.

A Training Service on commercial related issues both in UK and Internationally can be provided tailored specifically to the needs of the organisation.
