Daniel Atkinson is a barrister (non-practising) and chartered engineer, and gives advice on construction law and the resolution of disputes.  He acts as advocate representing the parties in negotiations, adjudications, mediations and arbitrations.  He also has been appointed as arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator.
