Daniel Atkinson joined James R Knowles in 1989 and in that time established the Engineering Division which continues to provide specialist services to the construction industry.  He also took over and re-established the London Office of James R Knowles and also established the International Legal & Arbitration Division which provides dispute resolution services.   In all these roles Daniel Atkinson has developed  advanced diagnostic techniques and expanded the sector base to include not only building works but also heavy engineering, petrochemical and pharmaceutical works.

Daniel Atkinson established Daniel Atkinson Limited in 2000.
