Disputes - Initial Consultation
40 years experience in managing projects, managing disputes and in different dispute resolution processes allows Daniel Atkinson to identify rapidly the appropriate approach to resolution of disputes.
We have provided initial advice to many subcontractors in a 2 hour consultation resulting in a single letter to the other party which has led to early resolution. Knowledge of construction and construction law is the key since it allows rapid understanding of the issues.
In complex disputes the initial consultation may involve intense meetings with key personnel over two or more days identifying the availability of evidence. Daniel Atkinson has provided this service for some of the largest disputes particularly internationally, which has resulted in a successful strategy tested by its implementation and recovery. This is where the dual professional qualifications and management skills come together for maximum benefit.
