Med-Adjudication

Daniel Atkinson in providing Dispute Resolution Services provides a Med-Adjudication Service.  

The Med-Adjudication Article describes the usual process involved, the approaches to be taken and the procedures to be followed.  

The Med-Adjudication Agreement is a suggested agreement for the Parties and the Mediator applicable to UK, together with the suggested Fee Schedule which accompanies the Med-Adjudication Agreement.  

An international version, the Med-Adjudication Agreement (International) is also provided which allows the process to be adopted in legal systems which do not have a procedure similar to adjudication in UK.  

The parties should satisfy themselves that the suggested Med-Adjudication Agreement or  Med-Adjudication Agreement (International) is appropriate for their dispute and seek legal advice from Daniel Atkinson Limited.
