  • the design, administration and construction of projects;
  • Commercial Management of construction projects and Companies, including acting as facilitator in Risk Management, re-organising companies to manage construction risks from tender to commissioning, preparation of contract strategies and drafting contract documents;
  • Liability Management including advising on contracts and their interpretation and administration, advising Engineers, Project Managers and Architects on entitlements under the contract including costs, loss & expense, extensions of time and changed ground conditions and the preparation and negotiation of claims;
  • Managing Disputes including the obtaining and presentation of evidence, the analysis of data including quantum and delay analysis as well as preparation of witness statements and management of Technical Experts and local lawyers;
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution including representing the Client in Arbitration, Adjudication and Mediation or acting as Adjudicator or Mediator and in resolution of disputes using modern alternative dispute resolution.
