Daniel Atkinson has been involved in a number of Mediations either as the Mediator or representing one of the parties.  Confidentiality is the essence of mediation so no specific details can be given, but the general descriptions below give an indication of the breadth of experience.

1. a contractor in a multi-party international mediation and subsequent negotiations on the terms of the multi-party settlement agreements.
2. a public body in a building mediation and advising on terms of settlement.
3. a fabricator in an international mediation including drafting of settlement agreement.

1. commercial trade disputes.
2. professional negligence disputes
3. commercial supply disputes
4. personal and business disputes

We believe that Mediation is the preferred solution to many problems and is particularly appropriate in international disputes, which requires sensitivity to cultural differences.
