Daniel Atkinson successfully practised as an Engineer for some 18 years with a number of companies specialising in the management of Major Projects.

He changed career by becoming head of a contracts department of a large consultancy.

In 1989 Daniel Atkinson commenced his career in dispute resolution and provided specialist service of international dispute resolution services.  He has  developed  advanced diagnostic techniques in sectors including building works, heavy engineering, petrochemical and pharmaceutical works.

Daniel Atkinson as the sole proprietor established Daniel Atkinson Limited in 2000 with the objective of increasing knowledge of construction and commercial law through the medium of the Internet and promoting alternative dispute resolution.
